Preparation Method

Step 1: Cook Millet

  1. Boil water in a vessel.
  2. Add little millet and cook until it becomes soft and well-cooked.
  3. Allow it to cool slightly.

Step 2: Mix with Curd

  1. Transfer cooked millet to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add curd and mash lightly.
  3. Mix well to achieve a creamy consistency.

Step 3: Prepare Tempering

  1. Heat oil in a small pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add urad dal, curry leaves, green chili, and ginger.
  4. Sauté until aromatic.

Step 4: Combine

  2. Add salt and chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Mix well.
