Khova (mawa) – 250 g
Sugar – 100 g
Milk – ½ cup (as required)
Millet flour – 50 g
Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
White chocolate – 50 g (chopped)
Almonds – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Cashew nuts – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Ghee – for greasing
Grease a baking pan with a little ghee and keep it aside.
Preheat the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Crumble the khova thoroughly until smooth and free of lumps.
Add sugar and mix well until it forms a soft dough-like consistency.
Add milk gradually and mix to form a smooth, thick batter.
Add millet flour and baking powder, then mix well.
Add chopped white chocolate, almonds, and cashew nuts.
Mix everything thoroughly until evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan.
Gently shake the pan to spread evenly and level the top with a spatula.
Bake at 180°C for 35–45 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and check doneness using a toothpick. It should come out clean.
Allow it to cool completely in the pan.
Cut into slices and serve.
