Ingredients

Preparation Method

Step 1: Prepare Chocolate Lava Filling

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in 80 ml of boiled milk.

  2. Mix until smooth and glossy.

  3. Keep the mixture in the freezer for about 20 minutes until slightly thickened (not fully hardened).

Step 2: Prepare Millet Batter

  1. In a large bowl, add millet flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add vanilla essence and boiled milk gradually.

  3. Mix well until you achieve a smooth batter with pouring consistency.

Step 3: Prepare Lava Bombs

  1. Heat an appam pan and grease it lightly with oil.

  2. Pour millet batter into each cavity, filling it halfway.

  3. Cook on medium flame for a minute until slightly set.

  4. Place a scoop of the prepared chilled chocolate mixture in the center.
