Millet flour (optional) – ½ cup
Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
Powdered sugar or jaggery powder – ½ cup
Mixed nuts (almonds, cashews) – ½ cup (finely chopped or powdered)
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Milk – 2–3 tablespoons (as required)
Vanilla essence – a few drops
Heat a pan and lightly roast the millet flour on low flame until aromatic (skip if not using millet flour).
In a mixing bowl, add roasted millet flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar or jaggery powder, and mixed nuts.
Mix all the dry ingredients well.
Add ghee and mix thoroughly.
Add milk gradually and mix until the mixture comes together like a soft dough.
Add a few drops of vanilla essence and mix again.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddus.
Allow them to rest for a few minutes to set.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
