Bourbon biscuits are one of the most popular chocolate cookies enjoyed across age groups. This Finger Millet Bourbon Biscuits recipe recreates the classic sandwich biscuit using finger millet (ragi) flour, making it richer in calcium and fiber while retaining the familiar chocolatey taste.
These biscuits are baked to perfection and filled with smooth cocoa cream, making them ideal for tea-time snacking, kids’ treats, and homemade bakery-style snacks. Free from preservatives and artificial flavors, they are a great alternative to store-bought biscuits.
