Finger Millet Dosa, popularly known as Ragi Dosa, is a healthy alternative to regular dosa made using refined rice batter. Prepared with finger millet (ragi) flour, rice flour, and a small quantity of wheat rawa, this dosa is quick to make and does not require fermentation.
Ragi is well known for its high calcium content and slow-digesting carbohydrates, making this dosa suitable for all age groups. Crisp on the outside and soft inside, finger millet dosa pairs perfectly with traditional chutneys and makes an excellent breakfast or light dinner option.
