Preparation Method

1. Heat a pan and dry roast the peanuts until they release aroma. Remove and keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add foxtail millet flour, roasted Bengal gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt, baking soda, and hing.
3. Add water gradually and mix to form a smooth coating batter.
4. Add the roasted peanuts to the batter and mix well so that all peanuts are evenly coated.
5. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan for deep frying.
6. Once the oil is hot, add the coated peanuts in batches.
7. Fry until they turn light golden brown and crispy.
