  2. Boil until it reaches single-thread consistency.

Step 4: Frying

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  2. Fry the prepared khaja pieces on medium flame until golden brown.
  3. Remove and drain excess oil on tissue paper.

Step 5: Soaking

  1. Dip the fried khajas into the sugar syrup.
  2. Let them soak for about 5 minutes.

Step 6: Serve

  1. Remove from syrup and serve.
