Pearl millet flour – 40 g
Refined wheat flour / Maida – 40 g
Coconut powder – 10 g
Castor sugar – 40 g
Melted butter – 50 g
Butter – 30 g
Condensed milk – 300 g
Honey – 10 g
Dark chocolate – 80 g
Prepare the Base Mixture
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all the cake slice base ingredients. Cook and mix until the mixture turns golden and aromatic.
Bake the Base
Transfer the warm mixture into a greased bread mould and spread evenly.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Bake
Bake the base at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
Prepare the Caramel Chocolate Layer
Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler method. Add butter, condensed milk, and honey. Mix well until smooth and glossy.
Assemble the Slice
Pour the caramel–chocolate mixture evenly over the cooled millet base.
Refrigerate
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until fully set.
