Pearl millet flour integrates smoothly into melted chocolate, giving it a rich yet balanced finish.
Pearl millet flour – 36 g
White chocolate – 100 g
Dark chocolate – 100 g
Almond nuts (chopped) – 10 g
Cashew nuts (chopped) – 10 g
Raisins – 10 g
Ghee – 3 g
Nescafe coffee powder – 2.2 g
Melt the Chocolates
Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate together using the double boiler (double steam) method over medium heat until smooth.
Transfer the Mixture
Pour the melted chocolate into a clean bowl.
Prepare the Millet & Nut Mix
Add pearl millet flour, almonds, cashews, raisins, and ghee to the chocolate. Stir gently until well combined.
Enhance the Flavor
Add Nescafe coffee powder and mix gently until the chocolate achieves a smooth and silky consistency.
Mould the Chocolates
Pour the chocolate mixture into chocolate moulds. If moulds are not available, an ice tray can be used.
Set the Chocolates
Refrigerate in a deep freezer for 15 minutes, or until the chocolates are fully set.
Serve & Enjoy
Demould carefully and serve as a delicious millet-based confectionery.
