Pearl Millet Roti, commonly known as Bajra Roti, is a staple in many Indian households, especially during winter months. Made using just pearl millet flour and hot water, this roti is highly nutritious, rich in fiber, and provides long-lasting energy.
Unlike wheat rotis, bajra rotis are slightly denser and more filling, making them an excellent choice for people looking for wholesome, traditional, and millet-based meals. When cooked properly, they are soft inside with a lightly crisp surface and pair beautifully with dals, vegetable curries, and chutneys.
