Sesame seeds (til) – 1 cup
Jaggery (grated) – ¾ cup
Millet flour – ¼ cup
Ghee – 1–2 tablespoons
Water – 1 tablespoon
Dry roast the sesame seeds on low flame until they turn light brown and aromatic. Set aside.
In a pan, add grated jaggery and 1 tablespoon of water.
Heat on low flame until the jaggery melts and forms a thick syrup.
Add millet flour and ghee to the syrup and mix well.
Add the roasted sesame seeds and combine thoroughly.
While the mixture is still warm, take small portions and shape them into lemon-sized laddus using your hands.
Allow them to cool completely.
Serve as a healthy snack.
