Preparation Method: Sorghum Chocolate

Melt the Chocolates
Melt dark and white chocolates together using a double boiler method until smooth and glossy.

Roast the Sorghum Flour
In a flat-bottomed pan, dry roast sorghum flour on low flame for about 5 minutes until aromatic. Keep aside to cool.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix roasted sorghum flour, chopped dry fruits, coconut powder, and condensed milk. Mix well to form a soft stuffing mixture.

Prepare the Chocolate Base
Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into chocolate moulds. Freeze for 5 minutes until set.

Add the Filling
Place a small amount of the sorghum filling into each mould.

Seal with Chocolate
Cover the filling with another layer of melted chocolate. Freeze again for 5 minutes.

Demould & Wrap
Carefully remove the chocolates from the moulds. Wrap them in colorful wrappers for storage or gifting.
