Sorghum cookies – 70 g
Coconut powder – 20 g
Cocoa powder – 20 g
Condensed milk – 60 g
Milk powder – 20 g
Prepare the Cookie Powder
Grind the sorghum cookies into a fine powder using a mixer grinder.
Mix Dry Ingredients
Add coconut powder and cocoa powder to the cookie powder. Mix well and keep aside.
Prepare the Binding Mixture
Heat a pan on low flame. Add condensed milk and milk powder. Stir continuously until combined.
Combine Everything
Add the prepared cookie–coconut mixture to the pan. Mix well and cook until it reaches a thick, dough-like consistency.
Shape the Balls
Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Shape into lemon-sized balls.
Coat with Coconut
Roll each ball in coconut powder for a neat and tasty finish.
