Urad dal – 1 cup
Multi millet flour – ½ cup
Powdered sugar – ¾ cup
Ghee – ½ cup (or as required)
Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon
Heat a pan and dry roast the urad dal on low to medium flame until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
Allow it to cool completely, then grind it into a fine powder.
In the same pan, roast the multi millet flours on low flame for 15–20 minutes until fragrant.
Let the roasted flours cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine the urad dal powder and roasted millet flours.
Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add warm ghee gradually and mix thoroughly until the mixture holds shape.
Take small portions and shape them into round laddus using your hands.
Allow them to set and cool completely.
